Heute war ein guter Tag. Trotz der verschärften Wetterbedingungen konnte ich die zweite Woche mit einem recht gemächlichen Sonntag ausklingen lassen.

Und zwar in genau dieser Reihenfolge:
Morgenlauf – Frühstück – Schlafen – Sauna – Schlafen – Kaffee und Kuchen** – Schlafen – Abendlauf – und gleich Tatort 😉

Was geht hier eigentlich grad ab? Vor genau einer Woche waren es ca. 25 Grad mehr.

Irgendwie lief’s nicht richtig rund heute – nur zwei kleine Runden um die Alster.
Das Wetter kalt und unwirsch, die Beine schwerer als sonst.
Sicherlich die Nachwirkungen von Mittwoch. 🙁

Gleich zu Beginn der ersten Runde hab ich den blöden Laufsensor verloren (wie kann das passieren???), das hat meine Stimmung nicht gerade verbessert. Auf halber Strecke hab ich immerhin Jan getroffen, der mich netterweise begleitet hat. So ging der Lauf zumindest etwas schneller zu Ende.

Auf der zweiten Runde hat Jan das Teil dann tatsächlich wieder gefunden. Danke! 🙂
So richtig rund lief’s aber nicht. Morgen wird hoffentlich besser (muss), dann laufen Heiko und ich 4 bzw. 5 mal um den alten Tümpel…

Freie Bahn mit Marzipan Lange her, dass ich zum letzten mal auf der Bahn war. Sofort macht sich ein leichter Geruch der Bundesjugendspiele Neunzehnhundertundschnee breit. Wie ich es gehasst habe. Rennen bis der Arzt kommt. Und heute also das ^^.

3x3000m – das ist ganz klar eines der bösesten Pakete des ganzen Trainingsplans. Vor allem für einen Langstreckenläufer wie mich! Zum Glück war Frank noch dabei, der fleißig seine 400m-Blöcke abgerissen hat.

Neben den Erinnerungen aus der Adoleszenz drängten sich aber noch ganz andere Bilder in diesen sonnigen Morgen:
Ein in Baumwolle und Ballonseide gekleideter „Leichtathlet“, der die erste halbe Stunde zusammen mit seinen Mickeymäusen schlichtweg in der Sonne saß (Aufwärmen) und dann anfing mit hektischen Liegestützen- wobei er den oberen Totpunkt nutzte, um kurz in die Hände zu klatschen (Drill). Aah ja. So einer bist du also…

Wer Full Metal Jacket gesehen hat, der liegt bei diesem Vergleich annäherend richtig. Private Schneewitchen! 🙂
Immerhin hat es (das Schneewitchen) bei den einzelnen Durchläufen für etwas Erheiterung gesorgt, so dass wir einigermaßen schnell durch waren. So richtig lustig war es aber nicht.

11:15, 11:10, 11:30min. Ich würde sagen, muy bien und moin zurück in HH.
Gleich geht’s ab ins Büro. Ich werde mit Sicherheit einpennen….

Man könnte es als kleinen Schlag ins Kontor bezeichnen: seit der Sturm gestern Nacht über uns gezogen ist, regnet es.

Aber vielleicht ist es auch nur die gemeine Realität.
So hab ich den 10km Tempodauerlauf unter hanseatischen Verhältnissen (im strömenden Regen) absolviert. Damit sollte die klimatische Umstellung wenig Mühe bereiten; morgen geht es wieder nachhause.
Immerhin waren die Beine sehr locker und ich konnte den 4er Schnitt ohne Probleme halten.

Schön war’s! Ich würde es das nächste mal wieder genauso machen.
Morgen Abend um die Zeit Lauf ich schon wieder um die Alster.
Wenn ihr also jemanden seht, der viel zu kurz angezogen ist, dann bin ich das. 🙂
