Es ist mir fast ein wenig unangenehm, so ein Bild einzustellen. Zumal ich nicht damit gerechnet hab. Ich war zwar Achter nach Zieleinlauf, aber trotz Erkältung Erster in der AK35 (Mutantenklasse)… das fühlt sich schon ganz schön gut an. 🙂

Der Mutanten-Anteil war ja auch nicht ganz so hoch. Dafür allerdings der Schnee über die gesamte HM-Distanz.
Böse, böse, böse – wenn man es nicht kennt und mag.
Mit Eis hatte ich ja gerechnet, aber mit kniehohen (!) Schneeverwehungen?
@Frank: Das übernächste mal laufen wir in der Toscana, versprochen!

Das war also Woche 4. Peter, I am deeply impressed!
Jetzt muss ich erstmal wieder ganz gesund werden und dann is auch mal langsam gut mit Schnee.

Bin zwar etwas angeschlagen, aber das Training lief ganz gut heute.
6 x 1000 auf dem Laufband. Viel angenehmer als draußen.

Um fünf raus, um sieben nach Köln, um 10 weiter ins Sauerland zum Kunden, um fünf wieder zurück. Uff.
Und dann kommt auch noch der Greif und will, dass ich einen 10er Trainingswettkampf laufe. Bei 10cm Neuschnee?! Genau!
Im Taxi vom Flughafen nachhause hatte ich kurz überlegt, das heutige Training zu canceln, das Wochenende war schließlich hart genug. Aber dann war ganz schnell klar, dass das nicht akzeptabel ist. Greif würde mich als Zweiminutenei bezeichnen. Und schließlich will ich ja raus aus der Komfortzone.
Also rein in die Schlappen und rum um die Alster. Von Anfang an lief es gut, die Beine waren locker und hungrig. Das konnte ich vor allem immer dann merken, wenn ich mal trockenen Asphalt unter den Sohlen hatte.
10km in knapp unter 40min trotz Schnee und Eis. Ein geiles Gefühl.

Mental strength: 9/10

In der Sprache eines USB-Ports (Computer) würde ich es zusammenfassend mal so sagen: This device can perform faster.
