5:55 Uhr. Irgendwo schnattert was. Eine Ente auf dem Balkon? Nee. Aufstehen!
Blauer Himmel, Vogelgetzwitscher. Schön.
In sechs Stunden hab ich einen Termin in der Karolinenstraße und bis dahin ist noch einiges zu tun. 🙂
Zum Beispiel ordentlich Frühstücken.
Ein Weißbrot mit Pflaumenmus, ein Weißbrot mit französischem Stinker und eins mit Ziegenfrischkäse. Eine Tasse Kaffee und einen Becher Earl Grey. Zum Abgang noch ein bisschen Schokolade. Jetzt mach ich keine Experimente mehr.
Da ich über spezielle morgendliche Rituale aus Rücksicht auf Don Franco nicht berichten darf, überspringe ich diesen Punkt. Schade.

Egal was kommt, ich laufe kurz. Es wird ganz sicher warm genug.
Tasche packen. Ein letzter Blick auf die Checkliste. Ein paar Gels und Riegel für alle Fälle eingesteckt. Sonnenbrille und Schnuffeltuch.

Kaum zu glauben, das GREIF-Training ist vorbei. Aus. Zu Ende.
Gut 800 offizielle Trainingskilometer liegen hinter mir. Ich bin durch die Wüste gerannt und durch scheinbar ewiges Eis. Ich bin zu fast allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten gerannt. Und immer hatte ich nur ein einziges Ziel vor Augen: den Marathon am 21-04.
Das fühlt sich schon etwas komisch an – heute, am Tag davor.

Jetzt sagt mir kein Manifest mehr, was ich zu tun hab.
Jetzt herrscht das Gesetz des Dschungels.
Also fahre ich vorsichtig die Reaktoren an und Sorge für ausreichend Kühlwasser. Morgen um diese Zeit wird schon alles (vieles) anders sein.

Der Trainingsplan ist mittlerweile beim angenehmsten Teil angelangt. Beim Carbo-Loading. Rein mit dem Zucker!
Denn wie sagt Dr. Feil so schön: Train low, compete high.

Vorhin bin ich nochmal 6km locker gelaufen, um es nicht gänzlich zu verlernen. Danach ging das große Fressen aber auch schon los. Risotto, Couscous-Salat und jetzt Trockenobst. Naja, eine Tüte Colafläschchen hab ich vorhin auch schon inhaliert. Nein, jetzt keine Schokolade mehr – zu viel Fett. Kampfgewicht 75,5kg. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Die Startnummer hab ich auch schon geholt. Und zu meiner großen Überraschung, starte ich in Block B. Huiuiui… Der Mutantenblock.
Wem auch immer ich das zu verdanken habe, Ilka, Haasi, Zatopeks Erben… Cool, danke! Jetzt muss ich nur noch laufen.

@Doc Lemke: Nein, ich bade nicht in Kaisernatron.

Noch viermal schlafen, noch 10 (in Worten zehn) Trainingskilometer. Ich denke, es ist Zeit, über die richtige Taktik nachzudenken.

Grundregel Nummer 1:
Egal, wie gut ich mich fühle – die ersten Kilometer laufe ich oberhalb meines Marathonrenntempos!

Grundregel Nummer 2:
Egal, wie schnell die anderen laufen – die ersten Kilometer laufe ich oberhalb meines Marathonrenntempos!

Grundregel Nummer 3:
Egal, ob mich ein 4Std.30-Ballon überholt – die ersten Kilometer laufe ich oberhalb meines Marathonrenntempos!

Das ist sehr, sehr schwierig 🙁

So. Damit wäre das ja schon mal geklärt. Kilometer 16-25 versuche ich, leicht unterhalb des Marathonrenntempos zu laufen.
Danach wird bis zum Schluss Marathonrenntempo gelaufen. Bei Kilometer 30/31 (in Olhsdorf) wird dieses Vorhaben nochmal mit einem lautstartken „Attacke“ bestätigt.
Und dann… wird eingesammelt! Lieber Jäger als Gejagter. 🙂

4×2000 im Marathonrenntempo.
Also zwischen 4:03 und 4:08 pro Kilometer. Das lief ohne nennenswerte Probleme. Ganz im Gegenteil. Jetzt hab ich endlich richtig Bock. An das Tempo kann ich mich gewöhnen. Die ideale Reisegeschwindigkeit. 🙂

Ob es in Strömen regnet oder schneit, schietegal, Sonntag wird gerockt und zwar richtig!
